About

I spent a 30 year career in the corporate world of facility supplies. Some of my clients included Convention centers, Universities, Manufacturing, Hospitals, and office buildings.

Six years ago my Mother suffered a stroke and became limited in her ability to enjoy what had been a very active life. As the toll of the stroke became more aparent, she fell and broke her hip at her home. She received a replacement hip and was moved to a nursing home for rehabilitation.

It was at this time that she contracted C.diff at the nursing home.

This was a great contributing factor to her passing.

I was soon thereafter aproached with a chemical technology that safely eliminated C.diff. and over 40 other viruses without harming the environment or posing a health risk to the user.

It was on the heels of my introduction to the safe disinfectant that I was made aware of technology developed by The University of Georgia to apply chemicals in agriculture using electrostatic  sprayers. The sprayers applied chemicals to the leaf and stem of plants by adding a positive charge to the chemical thus creating a static attraction. This innovation allowed less chemical use and complete wrap around coverage on the plant. The new system also offers less runoff into our water supply, lower operating cost for farmers, and ultinmatly lower cost to the consumer.

During a conversation with a friend in the corrections industry, I learned there was a great need for a safe, cost efficient solution to eliminating Mold and Mildew, and disinfecting the environment, and eliminating odors.

At Correctional Health Solutions, we have taken these two technological breakthroughs and introduced a system that offers a process to provide a clean, safe corrections environment.
